Such a sweet ending

It’s been a great honor for me to have the opportunity to work on our school newspaper’s senior edition (and the year’s last). It is a memorabilia for my class, highlighting our last weeks on campus; it shall be a part of my senior will. Scurrying to retrieve the agenda for the next couple of weeks is nothing compared to encountering the different emotions that I perceive from my fellow class members. It’s heartbreaking to realize that many of my peers are not emotionally ready to move on. Yet, it’s wonderful to come face to face with those halfway out the door.

We are all looking forward to the publication of The Howler’s special senior edition (and the last).

The Howler newspaper is scheduled to be published and distributed only two weeks before our graduation ceremony. From here to publication day, things are sure to come at us at full speed. I can’t wait to give each and every member of the class of 2010 his or her copy of our special senior edition of The Howler. It will be the cherry on top of my sundae ending.
