I can't test on the date I registered for online. What can I do?
If you have already submitted your registration online, you will need to request a Test Date Change. You can log in to your student Web account and select "Make changes to your registration" or call ACT at 319/337-1270 no later than the late registration deadline for your new test date.
When you call, you will need to provide the following information:
- Your name and address
- Preferred test date
- Preferred test center
- Preferred test option
- A valid credit card number with expiration date
If there is space for your test option at your preferred test center on your preferred test date, you will be assigned there. You will be charged the full basic fee for your test option plus the $21.00 Test Date Change fee (plus a $21.00 late fee if you call after the regular deadline for the new test date). The basic fee for your original test date will be promptly refunded.
