Why didn't my high school get my score report?
Your high school will receive your scores only if you authorized release of your scores when you registered. The school you listed appears on your score report. If it is correct, your high school should receive your scores in a mailing addressed to "Director of Counseling."
ACT normally mails reports within 4 to 8 weeks after the test date. If you took the ACT Plus Writing, reports will normally be mailed 5 to 8 weeks after the test date. Please allow at least that long for your high school to confirm receipt of your scores. High schools normally receive multiple mailings from ACT as scores are released. If, after 8 weeks, your high school still cannot confirm receipt of your scores, please ask the Director of Counseling or your counselor to contact our High School Help Line (319/337-1320), and we will be happy to assist.
