What if I've lost or do not have my admission ticket?

Important: Bring your admission ticket to the test center on test day. It contains Matching Information that must be copied exactly onto your answer document or your scores will be delayed.

If you registered online:

You MUST print your admission ticket from your ACT student Web account when prompted, after your registration is confirmed. You will NOT receive a ticket in the mail.

Note: Students registering to test at international test centers MUST print their admission tickets and bring them to the test center on test day.

If you lose or misplace your admission ticket, just log back in to your student Web account and print another one before test day.

If you registered by mail:

You will receive your admission ticket in the mail about 2 weeks after we receive your registration folder. If you create an ACT student Web account, you may also print your admission ticket from the Web.

If you received an admission ticket in the mail but have misplaced it, or if you do not receive it by ten days before the test date, log in to your Web account to print it or call ACT Registration immediately at 319/337-1270.

No matter how you register, you can still test if you do not have your admission ticket on test day IF you bring acceptable identification. Your admission ticket alone is not sufficient for admittance to the test center.
