What if I've lost or do not have my admission ticket?
Important: Bring your admission ticket to the test center on test day. It contains Matching Information that must be copied exactly onto your answer document or your score reports will be delayed, possibly up to 8 weeks.
If you registered online:
You MUST print your admission ticket directly from your ACT student Web account. You will NOT receive an admission ticket in the mail.
Note: Students registering to test at international test centers MUST print their admission tickets and bring them to the test center on test day.
If you registered by mail:
You will receive your admission ticket in the mail about 2 weeks after we receive your registration packet. However, if you have created your ACT student Web account, you may also print your admission ticket from the Web.
If you received an admission ticket in the mail but have misplaced it, or you do not receive it by ten days before the test date, log in to your Web account to print it. If you can't do that, call ACT Registration immediately at 319/337-1270.
Your admission ticket alone is not sufficient identification for admittance to the test center.
