If you wish to request additional score reports for a high school, an uncoded college/agency, or for personal use, you can make your request online.

After you log in to your ACT Web account and select the test date you want to have reported, there will be directions to help you request a copy of your score report for a high school, an uncoded college/agency, or for personal use.
