What if I want my scores sent somewhere, but don't remember when I took the ACT?

Most people take the ACT during their junior or senior year of high school. If you could give us an approximate test year, we can check a range of years in our records for you.

If you think you tested September 2005 to present, you may send your personal information in a secure mode, using this score report inquiry form.

There is a $16.00 nonrefundable lookup fee for ACT to search for archived scores (tested between September 1966–August 2005). This fee will be charged whether or not scores can be located. MasterCard or Visa is required for this fee and the additional service fee for phone requests.

Please include your name as given at the time of the test, Social Security or ACT ID number, and date of birth, then include your best guess of the test year. If you prefer, you may call us at 319/337-1313 or write to:
