Individual Register-by-Mail Packet Request

2012–2013 Register by Mail Packet for Testing in the U.S. or Canada

Most students can register online and do not need a Register-by-Mail packet.
You may request ONLY ONE Register-by-Mail Packet if:

You are younger than 13 years old, or
You do not have a credit card or serialized voucher/waiver to pay the fee
You are an individual student.
[Educational institutions or government agencies should use the counselor order form.]

It will be sent via U.S. mail, FedEx, or comparable service. Allow 7–10 working days for delivery.
Please note that packets do NOT include code listings. Test centers and colleges are listed only online.
