*The ACT Plus Writing is offered only on the October, December and April international test dates in 2008–2009. There is an additional fee for the ACT Plus Writing.

Registration instructions

Effective with the 2007–2008 testing year, all students testing outside the United States, U.S. territories, Puerto Rico or Canada, will register only by Web. There are no international registration packets. Students wishing to test at an international test center must establish a free student Web account in order to register. After providing the information requested to set up the account, students click the "Register Now" button and follow the instructions on the Web screens to complete their registration. Payment must be made by credit card.

If there are no test centers in your country for any test dates, you may need to request arranged testing (PDF; 57KB, 4 pages).
