What you should know
- There is an additional $12.00 fee for this service.
- To use telephone registration, you must have registered for a national test date within the last two years and have provided a high school graduation year of 2008 or later.
- Avoid calling on the busiest day (Monday), during the busiest hours (8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., central time), or on registration deadlines. You risk not getting through—which could result in an additional late fee or missing the test date you want.
- If you re-register by phone, you can still print your admission ticket from the Web provided you establish a student Web account.
- Note: If you owed any fees on your account as of July 2007, telephone re-registration is not an option.
What you should have ready when you call
- Your SSN, ACT ID, or Match Number
- Your preferred test date
- Your preferred test option—ACT (No Writing) or ACT Plus Writing
- Your preferred test center
- A valid credit card
